Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before completing your payment.
1. Webinar Registration
Our webinar registration is a digital educational service.
Once your payment is successfully completed, your seat is reserved for the selected webinar batch.
2. Refund Policy
Payments for webinar registrations are generally non-refundable once the registration has been successfully completed.
Because the webinar is a limited-seat digital educational event, a seat is reserved for you after payment.
However, if Leeds Memory Academy cancels a scheduled webinar and does not provide a suitable alternative date, you may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that webinar.
3. Webinar Rescheduling
If the webinar date or time needs to be changed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may reschedule the webinar.
Registered participants will be informed of the revised schedule through the contact details provided during registration.
If a suitable alternative session is provided, the registration may be transferred to the rescheduled session rather than refunded.
4. Missed Webinar
If you register for a live webinar but do not attend the session, a refund will generally not be provided.
Participants are responsible for joining the webinar using the access information provided to them.
If a replay or alternative session is offered for that particular batch, access may be provided at the discretion of Leeds Memory Academy.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make more than one payment for the same webinar registration, please contact us as soon as possible.
After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Failed or Pending Payments
If your payment was deducted from your bank account but your registration was not successfully completed, please contact us with the transaction details.
We will verify the transaction with the relevant payment provider and take appropriate action.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment gateway, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider and banking system.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary.

9. No Guarantee of Results
Payment for the webinar provides access to the educational session and associated materials specified for that particular offer.
We do not guarantee specific memory improvement, marks, examination scores, ranks, academic performance, or any other particular result.
Failure to achieve a particular personal or academic result does not by itself qualify for a refund.
10. Policy Changes
Leeds Memory Academy may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
The latest version published on this page will apply to future purchases.
